Hair weave ...?

whats the difference between remy indian hair and virgin indian hair? is remy for textured hair ?

Hair weave ...?

Virgin Indian hair is hair that has not been processed in any way. It is 100% natural. There have been no chemicals involved to color or texture it. When you receive Virgin Indian hair, you are receiving hair in its natural state from the donor鈥檚 head (there is NO damage to the cuticles). Because virgin hair has not been processed chemically, it will only come in natural dark colors: 1B or 2 (this is a hint to you for people who claim to hair virgin hair in light colors). Also the hair you receive in that bulk comes from one donor, so you will not have a mixture of various strands.

Remy Hair refers to hair with (the hair cuticles are in the same direction, but come from multiple donors). Most of the cheaper hair purchased in the beauty supply stores contains hair with cuticles going in various directions. As a result, the hair starts to tangle after a couple weeks and/or when it is washed. Remy hair was once used interchangeably with 鈥淰irgin Hair鈥?or 鈥淐uticle Hair鈥? This is why you may see hair called 鈥淰irgin Indian Remy Hair鈥? It used to refer to hair that had not been processed, but since there are many products on the market now that sell Remy hair that has been chemically process to had color or texture, the concept has changed.

Now, Remy hair refers to hair with cuticles that go in the same direction, but may have been processed to achieve a certain texture or color. The cuticles are slightly stripped because of the processing, but like I said before, because the hair cuticles are going in the same direction, tangles are limited. Virgin hair refers to hair that is in its natural state when it is cut from the donor's head (also the cuticles naturally go in the same direction). The hair has not been processed in any way.

Both options are very suitable for extended wear. A good quality Remi Hair will probably last between 4-6 months, whereas Virgin Hair can last you for about a year. I suggest Virgin Indian hair because it's the highest grade you can receive. It comes in its natural state, with no stripping of the hair鈥檚 nutrients. Furthermore, because the hair has not been processed, it can be dyed to achieve the color you want, and still maintain its quality.
